How Partnerships Work

Referral relationships (most common)

You refer a client to us when they need work we do — scanning, records management, AEC reprographics, federal records support. We handle the project from quote to delivery. You stay in the relationship loop if you want; you step out if you don’t. We pay a standard referral fee on confirmed signed work where appropriate, or we trade referrals back when your services fit one of our clients.

Mutual referrals (the steady-state)

Over time, the strongest partnerships become two-way streets. You refer scanning to us; we refer your specialty back. We’ve built mutual-referral patterns with Phoenix CPAs, IT consultants, healthcare practice brokers, and AEC firms over the years.

Sub-teaming on larger projects

For federal contracts and large commercial projects, we sub-team. Turell Corp Inc (Overland’s parent) is SAM.gov active, SDVOSB-pending, with 21 federal contracts of past performance. We can be a prime or a sub depending on the contract structure. Capability statement available on request.

Co-marketing (selective)

What We Don’t Do

• We don’t compete with you. If you’re a Phoenix records management firm, IT services provider, or legal vendor, we refer in your direction when one of our clients needs your specialty.
• We don’t sell IT services, software, or cloud subscriptions. We scan, index, and deliver records. The cloud archive your client uses is your business or theirs.
• We don’t pay kickbacks for required-vendor-list placement. Standard referral fees on signed work where appropriate.
• We don’t take ownership of your client relationship. If you want to stay in the loop, we keep you copied. If you want to hand off, that works too.
