Files can be delivered as standard PDFs or fully searchable PDFs using optical character recognition (OCR), so your team can search inside documents the same way they search email.
Security and Confidentiality
Client financial data is highly sensitive. Every project at Overland is handled under a confidentiality agreement. Our facility is access-controlled and we do not use offshore scanning services. Your documents are handled by our own staff in Phoenix, and originals are returned to you promptly after scanning is complete.
