Scanning Services

If scanned files are missing pages, unreadable, or don’t match what was delivered for scanning, we’ll re-scan the affected documents at no charge. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Print Orders

Print orders with defects in color, resolution, or media are reprinted free of charge when the defect is ours. Customer-supplied files approved for print-as-provided are not eligible for reprint unless a production error occurred on our end.

Equipment Sales

Equipment sold through Overland Printing is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Used equipment is sold as-is unless otherwise noted in writing at time of sale.
