Every project start has the same checklist: a project ID sign with the GC, owner, architect, and permit number; OSHA safety boards at the gates; wayfinding so the concrete truck ends up at the right entrance. We print all of it here, on the same schedule as your plan sets.
Overland Printing has been serving Phoenix-area contractors since 1987. If you already use us for blueprints or wide-format prints, adding jobsite signs is one call or one line on your next plan order. If you’re new to the shop, packages start at $495 with full-color print, design from your logo, and 3–5 day turnaround.
What Every Phoenix Jobsite Needs
A properly signed jobsite in Phoenix has four categories of printed material. You’ll need at least some of each.
Project identification sign. The board that tells anyone walking up who built this, who owns it, and what permit it’s under. Phoenix Building and Safety may require permit numbers to be visible from the street on larger projects. Standard size is 4’×4′ for residential, 4’×8′ for commercial. Substrate: coroplast (corrugated plastic) is the standard; aluminum composite (ACM) is the upgrade for multi-year projects or AHJ requirements.
OSHA and safety boards. Hard Hat Area, PPE Required, Eye Protection, Restricted Access, High Voltage. These are 24″×36″ boards mounted at entrances and hazard points. Most projects need 4–8 of them depending on size and number of active zones.
Directional signs. Office, Deliveries, Emergency Exit, Parking. 18″×24″ is the standard. If your site has multiple entrances or a separated staging area, you need these.
Fence mesh banners. The 6’×10′ banner on the chain-link fence at the street. Wind-rated mesh material, hemmed and grommeted for tie-down. This is your GC brand on a busy street for the life of the project.

How It Works
Order alongside your plans. If you have a plan account with us, add “site signs” as a note on your next plan order or call the shop. We’ll confirm the package, pull your logo file, and design from your permit information.
First-time order. Call 602-224-9971 or stop by the shop at 3301 N 24th Street, Phoenix 85016. Bring your logo file (EPS or high-res PDF preferred) and the project name, GC, owner, and architect names for the ID sign. We can usually start design the same day and have signs ready in 3–5 business days.
Pickup or delivery. Signs are ready at the shop for pickup. For plan orders, we can coordinate delivery with the plan set for most projects in the Phoenix metro area.
Reorders. We keep your files. If a sign gets damaged or you need to cover an additional entrance, reorders ship the same day for most items and cost 15% less than the original.
Materials
Coroplast (corrugated plastic). Standard substrate for most jobsite signs. Lightweight, UV-resistant, holds up to Phoenix summers. We use 10mm for project ID signs and safety boards — thicker and more durable than the 4mm used for real estate signs. Grommets or drilled corners are standard.
Aluminum composite (ACM/Dibond). The upgrade for signs that need to look better longer or that will be reused across multiple projects. Rigid, flat, professional finish. $150 more than coroplast on a 4’×8′ board.
Mesh vinyl (fence banners). Perforated so wind passes through rather than tearing the banner. Hemmed edges, brass grommets, full-color UV print. These run for the life of a project — the ink holds up.
OSHA boards. Pre-designed stock layouts with correct symbol placement and ANSI color standards. Custom OSHA copy is also available if your site has specific hazard language.
Service Area
We’re at 3301 N 24th Street in central Phoenix. Most projects inside the 202/101 loop are same-week delivery. We regularly serve GCs and developers in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, and Peoria. Long-haul delivery to Tucson or Flagstaff projects is available on request.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to print jobsite signs?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from approved design. Rush turnaround is available for existing accounts — call the shop to confirm availability.
Do I need to send print-ready files, or can you design it?
We design from your logo file and project information. You don’t need a print-ready board. Print-ready files (PDF/X-1a at 150 dpi or better) are also welcome and skip the design step.
Can you match my company logo and brand colors?
Yes. Send your logo file (EPS or PDF vector preferred) and a PMS or hex reference for brand colors. For reorders, the color profile is on file.
What’s the difference between coroplast and ACM?
Coroplast is corrugated plastic — lightweight, inexpensive, and durable enough for the length of most projects. ACM (aluminum composite material) is a rigid aluminum-faced panel used on longer projects or where the sign needs to look professional at eye level for months or years. The upgrade is $150 on a 4’×8′ board.
Do you do installation?
No. We print, grommet or drill corners, and coordinate delivery. We don’t provide posts or frames and don’t do on-site installation.
