Plan Scanning and Architectural Drawing Conversion
Blueprint scanning and plan scanning are the same job under different names, and Overland handles both from the same Phoenix shop. That includes full plan sets, architectural plans, as-builts, permit sets, and field-marked drawings that came back from a site visit covered in annotations.
Scanning plans is different from scanning paper. Oversized sheets have to be captured on wide-format equipment that holds scale accuracy and picks up fine linework — the dimension strings, hatching, and redline markups that a standard office scanner flattens or loses entirely. Originals stay flat and protected through the process, and they come back to you.
Finished drawings are delivered as PDF or TIFF, organized so a project team can actually work from the digital set: multi-page plan sets kept in sheet order, single sheets named to match, and files sized for sharing without losing detail.
